1. Shipping Policy
a. Shipping Destinations
We ship our products to customers within the Philippines. We currently do not offer international shipping. Please note that shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
b. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7 business days after your order is placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
c. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated by the courier. However, to enable a smoother experience for the customer, a standard of Php 90 will be charged as shipping fee for a more flexible packaging size. This is subject to change based on the courier. For more information, please check the shipping costs of your chosen courier.
d. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.
2. Returns Policy
a. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns
b. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Custom or personalized stationery products.
Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
c. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerconnect@clarissenicola.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging
d. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
e. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact us to initiate the return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item and will ship the replacement to you at no additional cost, provided it is within the same product category and value.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerconnect@clarissenicola.net with videos of unpacking and of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
