And every few years, it switches - turning the former cursed into the next one being attacked by their former prey. She enlists the help of an uptight general and a homeless thief and together - or separated - they'll try to stop the prophecy from happening.

We are at 19,937 words folks! (and into the beginnings of Chapter 9). I would like to finishing typing my drafts that I wrote on my passport sized Traveler's Notebook so that I can shift to my regular sized notebook. I wrote this novel longhand last June-July because I know writing this way would do wonders to my focus and productivity. I also knew that I can start with the revisions as I transfer my notes from written to typewritten so that's a plus too. The only challenge I have now is finding time to write my draft because my corporate job is becoming demanding again. I can only wish for more long weekends, more leaves, and the ability to wake up 5am in the morning and not falling asleep midday. That's it for now! x

24,823 today. I wasn't able to write yesterday because I was drained at work (and was feeling a little bit depressed) so I took a break and draw instead. Today I catch up on lost time and came up with today's wordcount. Yey!

It's 32,062 words today folk. Also a workday, so I have to power through with the typing as soon as I clocked out. Almost done with the notes in my traveler's notebook too. After this, it's all on the regular notebook. Cheers to more productive days! x

Long time no post! We're at 39,154 words already! I'm already planning how to work on my third draft, which is printing the entire manuscript after a quick run with e grammar checker then edit more internal consistencies there. Fourth draft would be sending to trusted friends. Draft 5 would be the final product. Targeting September as the end of the second draft and printing of the third draft by October. But yeah, super excited for it! x

Latest word count: 48,482. That's it. It's done. I printed out the last draft for my final edit and would be start sending it to people for their feedback before I send it to publishers. Will update soon!

Happy new year, you guys! I'm so happy to say that I've finally finished editing the final draft of Project Ursula. I've already shortlisted some lit agents I can submit the draft through. I just have to get over the fear of submitting it lol. I'll update soon! x
