Payments are processed only through Paypal, Ko-Fi, GCash, or bank transfer (BDO or BPI). We do not accept payment through cryptocurrency, game items, nor exposure.
There will be no waitlisting. First come, first serve basis only.
We don’t offer commissions for NSFW, fetish art, political work, and children
Remaining 50% of the payment must be paid after the final approval of the commission. Payment is nonrefundable. Deliverables will be send in .jpg and .png file. Layered file or other file types can be requested with additional fee.
Agreeing to this Terms of Service means that the requestor have viewed the artist’s portfolio and is fully aware of the art style the artist has.
Commissioned art is not allowed to be resold. If so, 50% of the revenue will be given to the artist.
Should the requestor decided to stop the commission in the middle of the process after the approval of the initial sketch, 25% of the remaining balance must be paid within 15 days of notice.
Requestor must be 18 years old or older.
Maximum number of revisions of initial sketch is limited to 4. Maximum number of revisions during the coloring stage is 2. Revisions after coloring stage will be charged with additional fee and adjustment of agreed timeline. Additional revisions within stages will be charged with additional fee.
Requestor must respond within 24-76 hours for approval of the current work. Artist will seek approval after the end of every stage.
